几种农药对棉花过氧化氢酶过氧化物酶活性的影响

摘　　要：通过在棉花生育期喷施不同种类农药 ,试验测定棉叶内过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶活性的变化趋势。结果发现 ,喷施农药后 ,棉叶的过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶均一定程度表现出“涨落现象” ,表明了在本地区特有的农业环境条件下 ,农药可能会影响植物的正常生理代谢过程。Effects of agrochemicals on activity of catalase , peroxidase in cotton are conducted by a trial with spraying several pesticides over cotton. The results shows that activity of catalase, peroxidase both in the plant were in fluctuation with different degrees. The results may indicate that in the specific agricultural environment at the south Xinjiang, pesticides are likely to affect metabolism of plants, and then destroy the natural ecological environment.
