摘 要:为了解决某商用车行驶过程中出现的驾驶室异常抖动现象,对车辆进行了道路振动试验,测得车辆各位置振动信号,通过对信号的分析得出车辆驾驶室悬置系统减振效果较差、车辆平顺性能不理想的结论;再通过建立ADAMS动力学振动仿真模型对驾驶室悬置系统进行了振动仿真及参数优化。优化过程中针对悬置系统阻尼器的非线性阻尼参数,提出了用力模块取代弹簧阻尼器模块,由非线性阻尼力拟合得到数学模型表达式,将对阻尼参数的优化转化为对力模块公式中变量优化的新优化方法。通过优化解决了车辆驾驶室异常抖动的问题,改善了车辆的平顺性。最后通过再次进行道路试验,验证了优化结果的准确性和可行性。In order to solve the abnormal jitter of a commercial vehicle cab ,the road vibration test was firstly done and the vibration signal of the vehicle at each position was measured, and then the conclusion that the damping effect of the cab suspension system was poor and the vehicle ride performance was not sahsfactory was got. Then based on the ADAMS dynamic vibration simulation model, the vibration simulation and parameter optimiza- tion of the cab suspension system was done. For the optimizahon, aimed at the nonlinear damping of the damper, a new optimization method that allows a force module to replace the spring-damper module was proposed, and the mathematical formula of the nonlin- ear damping force was made to fit the mathematical model of the power module expression, and the optimization of the damping pa- rameter was conversed into the optimization of the variables in the formula of power module. By optimization,the cab abnormal jitter problems were settled and the riding comfort was improved. At last,the accuracy and feasibility of the optimization results was verified by doing the road test again.
