泛在网络环境下面向企业教育模式的思考

摘　　要：美国国家基金会的数字学习与劳动力发展(DLWD)研究小组提出了教育的新一代基础泛在网络环境——持续协同计算云环境(C4),为企业教育新的模式发展提供了可能。随着技术环境的进一步发展和实现,孕育了一种新型的泛在学习方式,企业教育的新模式也成为教育研究者关注的热点。文章首先介绍C4(连续协同计算云环境)以及现有企业教育存在的问题,并分析泛在学习的理论基础、环境支持及实现形成,在此基础上,构建了一个基于企业教育的新的泛在学习模式。American National Foundation＇s Digital Learning and Workforce Development （DLWD） research team presented a new generation of education based ubiquitous network environment----Continuous collaborative cloud computing environment （C4）, provides the possibility for the development of enterprise education new pattern. With the technology for further development and implementation of environmental, gave birth to a new kind of ubiquitous learning mode, a new model of enterprise education has become a focus of education researchers. This paper first introduces C4 （Continuous collaborative cloud computing environment） and the existing problems of enterprise education, and analyze the theoretical basis,environmental support and implementation form of ubiquitous learning, on this basis, construct a new ubiquitous learning mode based on enterprise education.
