体育学院应用型专业人才培养新型发展模式构思——基于对重庆文理学院孙泽平校长应用型人才培养讲解的深刻感悟

摘　　要：根据重庆文理学院孙泽平校长对应用型人才培养目标的讲解,结合目前体育学院专业人才的培养现状,运用逻辑分析等研究方法从应用型人才培养的角度,对新时期体育学院人才培养模式的创新构建与发展进行了构思,并欲以通过"四个转变"、"三个培养"、"两个发展"和"一个提高"来全面展开。According to the interpretation of the target of training applied talents by the principal Sun Ze -ping of Chongqing University of Arts and Sciences and combination the training status of professional personnel in the in -stitute of physical education , using logic analysis and other research methods , from the angle of application type talents training , the paper designed construction and development of personnel training mode in the institute of physical education during the new period and would like to spread out in the round through “four changes”, “three cultures”,“two developments” and “an improvement”.
