试论体育的本质与功能

摘　　要：体育是一个发展的概念。本文从多角度探讨了体育的本质和功能,在明确本质与本质属性不同的基础上指出体育的功能是体育本质的现实反映,进而使人们在探求体育本质与功能的过程中真真切切地体悟到体育不仅是健康的延伸,更是文化与品位的象征。Physical education is a developing concept .This paper discusses the essence and function of Physical Education from different perspectives , and puts forward the point that the function of physical education is the re-alistic reflection of physical education ’ s essence based on making clear and definite on essence and attribute of physical education .Furthermore , in the process of investigating the essence and function of physical education , people really feel physical education is not only a healthy extension , but also the symbol of the culture and person-al status.
