摘　　要：在对高校二级学院辅导员工作现状和需求分析的基础上,结合本人的工作认识并以华北科技学院为例,设计并实现了适用于二级学院辅导员日常工作的管理信息系统,该系统不仅可以实现日常工作所需的信息录入、查询、统计和打印功能,还可以实现不同用户间的数据转出转入,操作方便快捷,实用性强,其使用将有助于提高辅导员的日常工作效率。Based on the analysis of the counselors working status and demand of Secondary college , combined with my understanding of the work and taking North China Institute of Science and Technology as an example , this paper designed and realized the Management Information System for Counselors routine work , the system not only can be used to achieve the input ,guery,statistics and print of the information needed in the dailywork also can realize the data transfer among different users , convenient operation and strong practicability , it will help to improve the efficiency of daily work of counselors.
