摘　　要：网络环境为大学生社会责任感教育提供了新平台,但网络的虚拟性、复杂性和开放性增加了大学生社会责任感教育的难度。提升大学生社会责任感,高校应倡导正确的网络观,提高大学生自身的网络素养,加强网络思想政治教育工作者队伍建设,完善立法与监管,搭建社会实践平台。Network provides a new platform for the social responsibility education of college students. However, the virtuality, complexity and openness of it increase the difficulty. To improve college students＇ sense of social responsibility, colleges should advocate the right network concept, strengthen students＇ awareness of selecting appropriate online programs, reinforce the teaching team of network ideological and political education, perfect the legislation and supervision and set up the social practice platform.
