太极拳影响脑梗死患者认知障碍康复的事件相关电位P300观察

摘　　要：目的探讨太极拳对脑梗死患者认知障碍康复的影响。方法采用事件相关电位P300,对2010年1月至2012年1月焦作某医院神经内科63名脑梗死患者康复训练进行评估,观察比较太极拳和常规神经康复训练对患者的神经心理康复的影响。结果太极拳组经治疗后P300的潜伏期缩短、波幅增加。两组的P300潜伏期均有一定程度改善,且太极拳组的改善幅度优于对照组,组间存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论太极拳对促进脑梗死患者认知障碍恢复有积极作用,太极拳康复训练行之有效。事件相关电位P300可用于评价太极拳对脑梗死康复期认知障碍改善的疗效。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Taijiquan training on cognitive disorder of cerebral infarction.Method The Event-related Potential（ERP） P300 were employed to evaluate the both training ways to recover the Jiaozuo certain city hospital 63 patients with stroke from January 2010 to January 2012.Results After treatment, P300 latency shortened and amplitude increased. P300 latency shortened to a certain extent in both groups but more in the Taijiquan training group than in the control group,and there was a statistically significant difference （P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion Taijiquan does improve the cognitive disorder of cerebral infarction. Taijiquan is an effective rehabilitation way, and deserves further study in the promotion. Event related potential 300 can objectively evaluate the therapeutic effect of Taijiquan training on cognitive disorder in patients with cerebral infarction.
