摘　　要：目的 评价自行开发的护理实习生管理软件在临床护理教学管理中的应用效果.方法 运用ISO/IEC9126模型理论调查我院39名带教组长对软件质量的评价;比较采用2种管理软件模式下护理部管理工作量以及科室上传实习生评价的准确率与效率,以主观与客观量化指标相结合的方法对软件进行评价.结果 带教组长对开展护理实习管理软件的评价高于传统Excel上报管理模式,差异有统计学意义.工作流程优化后新的管理软件节省了护理部信息管理的时间;带教组长上报护理部的数据准确率与效率明显提高.结论 我院开发护理实习生管理软件易用性、功能性及可移植性等较好,能够提高护理教学管理工作效率.Objective To evaluate the application effect of a self-developed management software in clinical nursing-intern-teaching.Methods The ISO/IEC9126 model was applied to evaluate the quality of the nursing-intern management software by investigating 39 teaching group leaders in clinical ward.We compared the workload of nursing department and the accuracy and efficiency of data uploaded by the teaching group leaders.The software was evaluated both subjectively and objectively.Results Teaching group leaders＇ evaluation on the newly developed software was better than traditional Excel model.The new software could save time for the nursing department and improve the accuracy and efficiency of teaching group＇ leaders＇ work by optimizing the workflow.Conclusions The new developed nursing-intern-teaching management software includes highly practical features,functionality and portability,and could improve the efficiency of nursing teaching management.
