高职学生干部成功素质的培养

摘　　要：高职学生干部成功素质教育既是学生个体走向成功的需要,也是提高高职学生干部整体素质的需要,更是社会情势的迫切需要。高职学生干部的成功素质包括较高的思想道德素质、科学文化素质和心理素质以及决策能力、管理能力、组织能力、沟通协调能力、表达能力和创新能力等,可以通过培训、实践锻炼和对外交流来培养他们的成功素质。通过学生干部的成功素质教育,学生个体获得了就业、创业的成功,学院育人工作也获得了长足的发展。The success quality education of higher vocational stu-dent leaders is not only the requirement of their success as indi-viduals, but also the requirement of improving their comprehen-sive quality as student leaders, but it is more of an urgent demand of the social situation. The success quality of higher vocational student leaders includes high ideological and moral quality, sci-entific, cultural and psychological quality, as well as decision a-bility, management ability, organization ability, communication and coordination ability, expression ability and innovation ability, etc., which can be cultivated through training, practice and exter-nal communications. Through the success quality education of student leaders, students have acquired the success of employ-ment and entrepreneurship, and college education has also at-tained great development.
