摘　　要：课程教学离不开教师的精心组织和学生的积极参与,只有把这两方面中人的因素充分调动起来,才能真正提高德育课程教学的实效性,也即实现了德育课程教学的理性回归。The teachers＇ elaborate organization and students＇ ac-tive participation are indispensable in curriculum teaching. Only through fully motivating the human factors of the two aspects can truly improve the effectiveness of moral education curriculum teaching and realize the rational regression of moral education curriculum teaching.
