摘　　要：大学生择业问题随着近年来毕业生人数的增长而日趋明显,"90后"作为当今大学生组成的主体人群,面临着巨大的就业压力。为了解"90后"大学生的择业心理问题,本文以吉林省三所大学的"90后"大学生为研究对象,通过对其择业观进行问卷调查以及近2年吉林省大学生就业情况分析,指出现阶段"90后"大学生面临的择业心理问题,并提出相应的对策和建议,以期帮助"90后"大学生更好地认识和面对相关问题。Based on the three universities in jilin province＂90 after＂ college students as the research object, through the question- naire and the view of nearly 2 years in jilin university students＇employment situation analysis, points out that the current＂90 after＇col- lege students＂ psychological problems, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion, in order to help＂90 after＂ college students better understand and face the related issues.
