摘　　要：全球经济一体化的快速发展,使得越来越多的企业开始认识到知识管理不仅在培育企业核心竞争力中起到关键作用,还对企业长远可持续发展有着重要的战略意义。企业对知识管理的重视,也使得企业发展对知识管理能力提出了更高的要求。本文首先对知识管理的基础知识进行阐述,分析目前企业在知识管理方面存在的问题,进而提出促进企业知识管理能力提升的策略。With the acceleration of the global economic integration, more and more enterprises begin to recognize the core competence through knowledge management, which has important strategic significance for the development of enterprises. At the same time, also puts forward higher requirement for the knowledge management capability of enterprise. First of all, this text has explained the theory and development about basic knowledge of knowledge management, analysis of the enterprises in the aspects of the problem of knowledge management capability improvement, and then put forward the way to improve the enterprise knowledge management capability.
