非小细胞肺癌中Geminin、Ki-67的表达及其预后意义

摘　　要：目的观察Geminin和Ki-67单独和联合使用后在非小细胞肺癌(non small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)中的表达,探讨二者表达与患者预后的关系。方法回顾性分析96例NSCLC的免疫表型与预后的关系。结果 96例NSCLC中不同性别患者Ki-67增殖指数有差异(P<0.05),不同性别和年龄患者Geminin表达有差异(P<0.05);Ki-67在癌组织中的表达高于癌旁组织(P<0.05);Ki-67与Geminin的表达具有相关性(P<0.05);随访52例患者,中位生存时间为43.6个月,3年生存率为46%,Ki-67和Geminin高表达者累积生存率明显低于低表达者(P<0.05);对随访病例进行细胞周期分期,结果显示患者的生存时间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 NSCLC中Ki-67和Geminin的表达具有一定特异性,联合使用二者对随访病例进行细胞周期分期,同时对预后进行评估具有一定可行性。Purpose To investigate the relationship between the expression of Geminin and/or Ki-67 and prognosis in non small cell lung cancer.Methods The association between immunophenotype of Geminin and/or Ki-67 and prognostic significance in 96 NSCLC were analysed retrospectively.Results There was differences of Ki-67 expression in sex （P ＜ 0.05）,and Geminin in sex and age （P ＜ 0.05）.In the tissues of cancer and non cancer,the expression of Ki-67 in the cancerous tissues was higher than that in non cancerous tissues （P ＜ 0.05）.There was a correlation between the expression of Ki-67 and Geminin in NSCLC （P ＜ 0.05）.Of 52 patients with follow-up,the median survival time was 43.6 months,the survival rates of 3-year were 46％.Also,the higher expression of Ki67 and Geminin patients have the lower cumulative survival rate （P ＜ 0.05）.Althrough these patients with follow-up were staged based on cell cycles,we found this staging method were different in survival time （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusions The expression of Ki-67 and Geminin in NSCLC is specific,and it is feasible to use both of them to divide cell cycle and evaluate prognosis.
