摘　　要：李觏秉承先秦儒家的富民思想,立足于北宋仁宗时期的社会现实,主张通过"平土均田"、"薄赋敛"和"君子理财"等举措,保护农民的实际利益,实现富民、富国的主张。李觏的富民思想具有重要的价值观意义,对我们今天的社会生活具有重要的启迪。Ligou, a North Song Dynasty politician, carried on the Confucian thought to enrich people. Based on the practical social fact, he expounded his proposition of ＂Returning Land to Farmers, Imposing Slight Revenue, and Noble Man Style Managing Money＂. Ligou realized that enriching people was fundamental to enrich a nation so that he strongly called for maintaining farmers＇ interests. His statement still holds historic and practical significance today.
