闽台创新型人才培育协同创新机制研究

摘　　要：创新型人才是实现闽台产业结构优化升级的关键要素,协同创新是促进两岸经济互补发展的有效途径。近年来,和平稳定的两岸关系为闽台共同培育创新型人才创造了良好的环境。当前,闽台两岸面临创新型人才缺口等挑战,需要通过构建创新型人才培育协同创新机制,完善闽台两岸政府人才交流政策、发挥闽台两岸社会机构的信息服务作用、拓宽闽台两岸高校之间的师生互动渠道、建立闽台两岸企业之间的员工交流机制、开辟闽台两岸校企合作人才培育路径,形成政府、社会机构、高校和企业四位一体的长效合作机制,提升闽台创新型人才培育绩效,促进两岸社会经济发展。Innovative talent is the key element for the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure between Fujian and Taiwan ,and collaborative innovation is an effective way to promote the joint development of cross-strait economic .Peace-ful cross-strait relations in recent years create a suitable soil to jointly cultivate innovative talents between Fujian and Tai-wan .The current challenges faced by the Fujian and Taiwan is a lack of innovative talent ,through building the collabora-tive innovation mechanism of innovative talent cultivation ,improving the talent exchange policy between Fujian and Taiwan government ,attaching importance to the information service role of the social institutions in Fujian and Taiwan ,expanding the channels of interaction between teachers and students between the universities of Fujian and Taiwan ,establishing staff exchange mechanism between Fujian and Taiwan enterprises ,opening up talent cultivation path between Fujian and Tai-wan schools and enterprises ,forming a four in one long-term cooperation mechanism of the government ,social institutions , universities and enterprises ,enhancing the performance of innovative talents cultivation of Fujian and Taiwan ,promoting the development of cross-strait socio-economic .
