摘　　要：科技型小微企业作为创新的主要群体,是未来中国转变经济发展方式、促进科技成果转化的重要支撑。对外形成长期、持续稳定的关系是促进科技型小微企业合作创新的有效方式之一。探讨了科技型小微企业创新面临的严峻挑战,分析了基于关系视角促进科技型小微企业合作创新的必要性,并指出应该通过强化关系收益、培养企业间信任、总结合作经验、发展专有性投资,形成企业间关系承诺,促进企业间合作创新。Small and micro Technology Enterprises are the main innovation groups in China ,which have a strong desire to innovate .They also are the significant carrier to promote the change of economic development model and industrialize the scientific products .Only enterprises continuously promote their innovation capacity ,they could help their enterprises de-velop quickly .Forming long-term ,sustained and stable relationships between enterprises is one of the effective ways to promote Small and micro Technology Enterprises’ cooperative innovation .This paper points out some serious challenges faced by Small and micro Technology Enterprises ,and analyze the necessity to promote the cooperative innovation which is based on the relational perspective .Then this paper proposed that by strengthening the relationship benefit ,cultivating trust ,summarizing cooperative experience and developing a proprietary investments ,Small and micro Technology Enterpri-ses can form inter-enterprises’ relationship commitments to further promote their cooperative innovation .
