贵州猪、牛志贺样毒素大肠杆菌的检出与鉴定

摘　　要：以两对合成的寡核苷酸引物 ,通过聚合酶链式反应 ,检测 158份猪和牛腹泻粪便分离物 ,从 8份猪源和 3份牛源分离物中扩增出大肠杆菌志贺样毒素基因片段 ,其生化试验符合大肠杆菌特征 ,经Vero细胞检测均产生志贺样毒素 ,血清学试验证实分属不同的血清型 。WT5BZ]:The polymerase chain reaction was used in the detection of shiga like toxin genes of SLTEC.SLTⅠ and SLTⅡ genes in DNA extracted form stool samples were amplified with oligonucletide primers.11 strains were detected to generate PCR products of the predicted sizes from bovine and porcine diarreal faces.These strains were identified by biochemical reaction,and vero cell detecting and serotyping.The results showed these strains were shiga like toxin producing Esherichia coli of O serogroups,O 4,O 21 from bovine,and O 2,O 4,O 89 ,O 121 ,O 126 and O 139 from porcine.
