摘 要:目的探讨精神分裂症患者不同病期血清非酶抗氧化物浓度变化及其临床意义。方法采用雅培生化分析仪C8000测定81例精神分裂症患者发病期、缓解期血清总胆红素(TBIL)、白蛋白(ALB)和尿酸(UA)浓度,并与81名健康对照者相比较。将其中36例精神分裂症患者列为动态监测组分别检测患者入院治疗前、治疗4周、治疗8周后的血清TBIL、ALB、UA浓度,用SPSS17.0对检测结果进行统计分析。结果精神分裂症患者体内TBIL水平随着病程增加而逐渐降低,UA则逐步升高,发病期和缓解期ALB水平低于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论精神分裂症患者在发病期和缓解期均存在非酶抗氧化物的失调,非酶抗氧化物在精神分裂症疾病的病因和发生机制中起到一定的作用。Objective To investigate the changes of serum levels of non-enzyme antioxidants in schizophrenic patients of different disease phases. Methods The serum antioxidants levels of albumin,bilirubin and uric acid were examined in 81 schizophrenic patients in acute phase (without anti-psychotic drug treatment) and in remission phase (after anti-psychotic drug treatment) and 81 healthy control. 36 patients of them were measured the TBIL, ALB and UA levels pre-treatment and post- treatment(4 weeks and 8 weeks). All data were processed by SPSS 17.0 software. Results The serum TBIL level in schizophrenia patients decreased as the disease progressed, while the uric acid levels gradually up regulated. Both patients of acute and remission phase had a lower level of albumin than normal. Conclusion Different phase of schizophrenia have different levels of serum non-enzyme antioxidants. Serum non-enzyme antioxidants may play a certain role in the etiology of schizophrenia.
