摘　　要：用Se/CO/H2O体系还原DNS酸制备DSD酸,在该体系下只以水作为溶剂,不外加其他溶剂,通过条件实验确定了相对较好的反应条件:DNS 3.01 g(7 mmol)、硒0.0640 g(0.8 mmol)、碳酸氢钠0.13 g(1.5 mmol)、水60 mL、温度160℃、PCO4 MPa、反应时间6小时。在这一条件下,经检测所得产物氨基值可达90%以上,目标产物的纯度可达92%以上,苄基物含量为4%以下,颜色为浅黄色。DSD acid was prepared from DNS acid by reduction system of Se/CO/H20; the system was an aqueous solution, and no other organic solvents. A proper condition was obtained by experiments： DNS 3.01 g （7mmol）, selenium 0. 0640 g （0. 8mmol）, sodi- um hydrogen carbonate 0. 13 g （1.5mmol）, water 60 mL, temperature 160 ℃, Pco 4 MPa, reaction time 6 hours. In this conditions, the amino value of product was more than 90%, the purity of target product was up to 92%, the content of 4, 4＇-diaminodiphenylethane -2, 2＇-disulfonie acid was lower than 4%, and its color was light yellow.
