摘  要:改变氧化剂的用量,制备具有不同羧基含量的氧化淀粉浆料,以初显分离时间和沉降率为量化指标,研究氧化变性深度对淀粉与三种聚乙烯醇间的浆液混溶性的影响。By varying the amount of oxidant used, a series of oxidized cornstarch with different amount of carboxyl content had been pre-pared for studying the paste compatibility of the modified starch with polyvingyl alcohols (1799,1788 and 1588).The compatibility was quantitatively evaluated by using the initial deixing time and subsidence ratio. The experiment results demonstrated that the car-boxyl content of the starch,and compositions of blended pastes all showed much effect on the paste compatibility.The compatibility could be improved by increasing the carboxyl content.However,the moecular structure of PVA only exhibited alittle effect on the compatibilty.Moreover, the study supplies a base for further increasing the quality of the commercial starch.
