摘　　要：本文在对制度变迁和文化转型的概念及相互关系进行厘清的基础上,研究了新建地方本科院校制度变迁和文化转型的类型,分析了其制度变迁和文化转型的实施路径和具体表征,深化了对新建地方本科院校发展内在动力机制的认识。Based on the understanding of the concept of system transition and culture transformation and the mutual relationship , the types of system transition and culture transformation for the newly established local univer -sities were studied and the implementing ways and exact characterization were analyzed , which deepens the under-standing of the inner cause of the development for the newly established local universities .
