关于新建本科院校师资队伍建设的思考

摘　　要：新建本科院校的师资队伍建设存在着一些突出问题,解决的有效途径是:更新教育思想观念,建立健全促进师资队伍建设的良性机制;优化师资队伍结构,大力加强学科带头人和骨干教师队伍建设;加大培养培训力度,着力提升中青年教师的教学科研水平。Newly upgraded undergraduate universities have some outstanding problems in the construction of the theachers＇ team. In this paper some measures are put forward, such as updating educational ideas and establishing benign mechanisms to promote healthy construction of teachers＇ team; optimizing faculty structure to strengthen the culture of academic leaders and backbone teachers; making greater efforts to enhance the level of teaching and research of young teachers.
