摘　　要：探讨石蜡标本中大肠癌肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞亚群单细胞悬液样本的制备方法。石蜡标本经切片、脱蜡、水化、消化、过滤、收集细胞等步骤制成单细胞悬液,滴加单克隆抗体,通过流式细胞仪检测,最后进行淋巴细胞亚群细胞分型获取及读数。To explore the ways of making the FCM checking tumor infiltrating lymphocytes in colorectal carcinoma into single cell suspension.The collection was made into single cell suspension by sliced,deparaffinage,hydration,digestion,filtration and cells collection,adding monoclonal antibody and checking by flow cytometer,getting lymphocyte subpopulations and fetching the dates.
