摘　　要：主要研究了无机硅酸锌底漆的制备工艺,并通过调整水解度,使用不同的树脂加以改性。使用各种试验测试手段对涂膜性能进行了分析检测,并讨论了不同制备工艺对涂膜性能的影响,最终得到涂膜的各项性能完全达到车间底漆和长效防腐底漆的要求。In this paper, the preparation process of inorganic zinc silicate primer was researched and modified by adjusting the hydrolysis degree and adding different resins, the coating film performance was analyzed and tested through various testing measures, and the influence of different preparation processes on coating film performance was discussed. At last, various coating film performances met the requirements for the shop primer and long-acting anticorrosive primer.
