摘  要:该研究在方法上以调查问卷为主,对受援高校进修人员就"受援前后各项指标"进行了调查研究。使用SPSS 20.0统计软件对调查结果进行t检验分析。调查结果显示:受援人员在学习、进修前后发表论文数量和质量、课题数量和质量、工作能力等各项指标的变化均有统计学意义,说明对口支援工作对于提升受援高校的师资水平和科研服务能力有显著促进作用。本研究所采用研究方法亦为对口支援成效评价提供方法学参考。The study mainly applies questionnaire for surveying on relative indexes in aid-received personnel in aid-received colleges and universities before and after assistance. The survey results were analyzed with t-test by using SPSS20.0 software. The results showed that the changes of indexes had statistical significance in the quantity and quality of published papers by aid-received personnel, quantity and quality of research projects and working capability of aid-received personnel before and after advanced study. The study indicated that partner assistance has significant improving effect on raising teachers’ quality and research and service ability in aid- received colleges and universities. The research method used in this study is also a reference for evaluation on achievements of partner assistance.
