病人安全文化在护理管理中的应用研究进展

摘　　要：界定了病人安全文化概念；介绍了病人安全文化要素及功能；分析了传统观念对病人安全文化认知的误区,以及病人安全文化在护理管理中的应用进展；从领导重视和全员参与、加强组织机构建设、规范化及标准化关键程序、建立以网络为基础的自愿报告系统及错误分析系统、加强团队合作及沟通技巧训练、加强各种教育及培训活动6个方面探讨了我国病人安全文化建设.In this article,the concept of patient safety culture was defined.The factors and function of patient safety culture were introduced.The misunderstanding about patient safety culture in the traditional view was analyzed.To investigate how to carry out the construction of patient safety culture from 6 aspects including leadership attaches great importance to and full participation,strengthening the construction of the organization,standardizing the key procedures,establishing spontaneous reporting system and error analysis system based on network,strengthening the training of teamwork and communication skills,strengthening the education and training activities.
