摘  要:目的 探讨四种不同类型宫颈标本人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)的感染状况,为HPV感染检测标本类型的选择提供理论依据.方法 采用流式荧光分型技术,对582例宫颈标本(宫颈细胞刷标本225例、宫颈刮片标本164例、宫颈分泌物棉拭子标本131例、宫颈活检组织标本80例)进行HPV基因型分型测定,并进行统计学分析.结果 582例标本中HPV总阳性率为22.51%,HPV在各标本组的检出率分别为宫颈细胞刷标本组27.56%,宫颈刮片标本组21.34%,生殖道分泌物棉拭子标本组13.27%,宫颈活检组织标本组23.75%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).四个标本组之间HPV单型高危型感染、多重感染组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在进行临床HPV检测时,应尽可能采用专用细胞刷来采集宫颈脱落细胞.Objective To investigate the infection rate of HPV in four types of cervical cell samples,and to provide the theoretical basis for selecting the suitable type of sample.Methods Flow cytometry was used to detect the HPV genotypes from 582 cervical cell samples including 225 cervical brush samples,164 cervical smears,131 genital tract secretions and 80 cervical biopsy specimens,and then statistical analysis was performed.Results The total HPV infection rate was 22.51% in 582 samples,and the positive rates of HPV in cervical brush specimens,cervical smears,genital tract secretions,cervical biopsy samples,were 27.56%,21.34%,13.27% and 23.75%,respectively.There was statistically significant differences between these four groups (P < 0.05).The positive rates were significantly different between the multiple HPV infection cases and the monotype high-risk HPV infection cases in these four groups (P < 0.05).Conclusions Brushes should be used as far as possible to collect cells from cervix for detecting HPV.
