摘　　要：对社会体育专业大学生就业观念进行调查研究,发现有很多因素影响其对就业现状的正确认识,文章提出应规范就业市场,建立和完善就业法规;转变就业观念,引导毕业生自主创业;以社会需求和市场为导向,调整社会体育专业的课程结构,帮助社会体育专业大学生树立正确的就业观念,理性地面对社会现状。The concept of employment of social sports majors is studied in the paper and the findings include that there are many factors affecting the employment status of sports majors correct understanding of employment. The paper suggests to regulate the employment market, and establish and improve employment regulations; change their concept of employment and guide the graduates to start their own businesses; according the social needs and market-oriented development, to adjust the structure of social sports specialty courses to help social sports majors to establish a correct concept of employment, rationally face the social status quo.
