摘　　要：本文主要介绍国内外阿片类物质成瘾的戒毒药物的研究进展,以及候选靶标和候选药物的研究现状。目前国内外应用的西药和中药戒毒治疗,疗程结束后的操守难保,复吸率居高不下。因此,开发一种既能够有效控制稽延性戒断症状(躯体依赖),同时又能够有效缓解成瘾者脱毒后强烈的心理渴求的药物,实现阿片类药物成瘾的非替代治疗具有现实意义。Introducing the development of anti-toxicant drugs both domestic and abroad and the research status of the new target and drug candidate. At present, the Western medicines and TMCs employed to rehabilitation have seen a substantial relapse, therefore, it is of great importance to develop a drug which can control both protracted withdrawal symptoms（ physical dependence）and psychological craving after detoxification in order to achieve a non-alternative course of treatment of opiate addiction.
