摘　　要：目的:介绍在综合医院及基层保健机构进行酒精相关障碍筛查及早期检测的若干进展。方法:对近年相关文献进行复习。结果:本文对早期识别及案例发现相关的关键临床技巧、早期筛查工具以及实验室检查进行重点介绍,对一些工具的优缺点也略有讨论。结论:酒精相关障碍在综合医院及基层保健机构常见。早期检测不仅可行,而且有效,但改善此项工作需要宣传教育以及相关技能的培训。Objective： To review the updates in early detection and screening of alcohol-related disorders in general hospitals and primary care settings. Methods： Literature review and hand-picked literature. Results： We highlight the critical clinical skills, screening instruments and laboratory tests to assist with detection and case finding. Pros and cons of the instruments are also discussed. Conclusions： Alcohol-related disorders are common among patients in .general hospitals and primary care settings. Early detection is feasible and effective, but awareness campaign and skill training are needed to improve such work in China.
