摘　　要：痈疽是中医诊断教材中局部望诊的重点内容,由于目前各版本教材中界定不尽一致,使课堂教学歧义颇多,鉴于此,本文从历代疡科主要著作着手,对痈疽的阴阳病性、鉴别要点、相关现代疾病以及疽的疼痛特点进行分析,冀以对该部分的教学有所裨益。Carbuncle and gangrene is the key in local inspection of ＂diagnostics of Chinese Medidne＂ textbook, the definition of which is not con sistent in different textbooks. According to the major ancient ulcer books, the yin and yang properties, differential points, the related modem diseases of carbuncle and gangrene, and the pain characteristics of gangrene were analyzed, which is benefit to the teaching.
