全脑放疗联合替吉奥同步化疗治疗多发脑转移瘤64例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察全脑放疗（WBRT）联合替吉奥（S-1）同步化疗治疗多发脑转移瘤的近期疗效和不良反应。方法64例多发脑转移瘤患者采用全脑放射治疗，40Gy分20次，4周完成，同时口服替吉奥40mg／m2·次，早晚两次餐后服用。放疗结束后1、3个月复查CT或MRI。结果64例患者总有效率为79．66％，1年生存率为39．06％。主要不良反应为血液毒性、消化道反应，多为I-Ⅱ级。结论全脑放射治疗联合替吉奥同步化疗多发脑转移瘤安全有效，不良反应可耐受。Objective To observe the short-time effect and safety of whole brain radiotherapy（WBRT） concurrent S-I chemotherapy in the treatment of multiple brain metastasis, Methods Sixty-four patients with multiple brain metastasis received conventional WBRT which 40 Gy/20F/4W and S- 1 40 mg/m2, bid. CT or MRI evaluated at 1,3 months after radiation. Results The total effective rate （CR＋PR） was 79.66% and 1-year survival rate was 39.06%. The main toxicities were myelosuppressive and gastrointestinal toxicities, and most were grade I - II. Conclusion WBRT concurrent S-1 chemotherapy was safe and efficient in the treatment of multiple brain metastasis.
