摘  要:目的探讨MCP-1在难治性颞叶癫痫脑组织中的表达及外周血单核细胞水平变化的意义。方法 27例前颞叶切除的海马硬化型颞叶癫痫患者,术中脑电生理技术监测棘波定位致痫灶和对照组织,分别标记后行免疫组化、免疫印迹检测MCP-1表达,配对t检验比较;测入院时外周血单核细胞水平,并与80名健康体检者作对照。结果难治性颞叶癫痫致痫灶组织中MCP-1表达较对照组织增加;外周血单核细胞水平阳性率较对照组增加(P<0.05)。结论难治性颞叶癫痫患者致痫灶有MCP-1高表达,并诱导外周血单核细胞水平提高。Objective To investigate the change of MCP-1 in brain tissues and peripheral blood mononuclear cells in patients with intractable epilepsy. Methods With neuroelectrophysiotogy technique, epileptic focus were located in operation in 27 patients with mesial temporal lobe epilepsy, the expression of MCP-1 were measured by immu- nohistochemistry and Western blot; peripheral blood mononuclear cells were measured on admission day. Results The expression of MCP-1 in epileptic focus were higher than that in control tissues. Levels of peripheral blood mononuclear cells were higher than that in control group. Conclusion The expression of MCP- 1 were significantly increased in epileptic focus. MCP I may regulate the levels ofmononuclear cells during the procedure of epilepsy.
