雷替曲塞与5-氟尿嘧啶治疗老年晚期结直肠癌临床疗效对比分析

摘　　要：目的比较雷替曲塞与5-氟尿嘧啶治疗老年晚期结直肠癌的临床疗效。方法选取2011年12月至2012年12月在我院治疗的60例老年晚期结直肠癌患者为研究对象。应用随机数字表法将老年晚期结直肠癌患者分为雷替曲塞组与5-氟尿嘧啶组。两组患者均采用注射液进行给药治疗,比较两组患者的综合治疗效果及副作用。结果雷替曲塞组临床效果明显优于5-氟尿嘧啶组,雷替曲塞组有效率为90.00%,5-氟尿嘧啶组为66.67%,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义,均经对症处理后得到有效缓解。结论雷替曲塞治疗老年晚期结直肠癌临床效果优于5-氟尿嘧啶,值得临床上推广应用。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy ofraltitrexed and 5-fluorouracil for the treatment of elderly patients with advanced colorectal cancer. Methods Sixty elderly patients with advanced colorectal cancer who were treated in our hospital from December 2011 to December 2012 were chosen as the research objects. Then they were divided into the raltitrexed group and the 5-fluorouracil group by random number table, The two groups adopted drug injection. The comprehensive clinical effect and side effects were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical effect of the raltitrexed group was better than that of the 5-fluorouracil group, with the effective rate of 90.00% in the raltitrexed group and 66.67% in the 5-fluorouracil group. There was statistically significant difference between the two groups in the effective rate. The adverse reactions of two groups were effectively alleviated after treatment, with no statistically significant difference. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of raltitrexed is superior to 5-fluorouracil in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced colorectal cancer, which is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
