智齿阻生畸形4例影像考察报告

摘　　要：对来自口腔科的4例28~37岁男性因冠周炎就诊患者的临床记录和X-影像资料进行考察。发现其中2例（图片1、2）为双侧上颌先天智齿缺如，双侧下颌右下智齿阻生；另外2例（图片3、4）均为为双侧下颌右下智齿阻生。4例几乎都有不同形式的牙列错位和开颌现象。经考察分析初步认定为智齿阻生畸形并发牙周组织炎。In 4 cases of 28 ~ 37 year-old male from dental by pericoronitis patients clinical records and X-ray image data, found in 2 cases （1, 2） for bilateral maxillary innate wisdom teeth is absent, bilateral mandibular wisdom tooth at the lower right maxillary;The other 2 cases （3, 4） are all for bilateral man-dibular wisdom tooth at the lower right maxillary. 4 cases of almost all have different forms of teeth dislocation and open jaws phenomenon, after the preliminary in-vestigation analysis identified as wisdom teeth maxillary deformities complicated with periodontal tissue inflammation.
