摘　　要：随着时代的进步、信息化社会的快速发展,高校扩招已经越来越普遍。大量的扩招生源使得近几年高校毕业生就业困难,这样的窘境也是各个高校必须要面对和解决的问题,如何能够让毕业生找到自己满意的工作以及如何能够解决社会所需毕业人才的需求问题,这都将成为院校在就业工作方面面临的挑战。因此,构建一个专门为高校毕业生就业问题而服务的信息管理系统是势在必行的,也是极具挑战性的。The rapid development with the progress of the times, the information society,college enrollment has been more and more.A lot of students source which in recent years more and more college graduates employment difficulties,this dilemma is also various colleges and universities must face and solve problems,how to let the graduates to find a job and how to solve social needed graduate talent demand problem,it will become the colleges face challenges in employment.Therefore, to build a dedicated to the problem of employment of college graduates and management information system service is to be imperative, but also very challenging.
