摘　　要：开设综合性、设计性实验,提高学生的动手能力和创新意识,已成为当前实验教学改革的总体趋势。就中国海洋大学酶工程实验开设的酸性磷酸酶综合性和设计性实验,从选题依据、实验设计安排、实验内容关键点、实验设计心得等5个方面进行介绍。本实验取材经济方便,操作简单易行,适合于东部沿海相关大专院校本科酶学实验教学。To arrange the comprehensive and designed experiments and improve the students’ practical ability and sense of innovation has become the general trend of the experimental teaching reform. And this paper based on the comprehensive and designing experiments of acid phosphatase which is opened for the enzyme engineering experiment, is introduced from five aspects： the selected topic basis, experimental design, experimental content, experimental design key points of experience. This experiment was economical and convenient, with an easy operation, that was suitable for the enzymology experiments in College teaching in the eastern coastal area.
