中医药与西医药治疗带状疱疹的疗效比较(文献系统评价)

摘　　要：目的通过对多篇中医治疗带状疱疹的文献进行Meta分析,系统评价其治疗效果。方法通过电子检索中文数据库(CNKI及万方数据库)获取评价中医与西医治疗带状疱疹临床疗效的文献。对符合条件的研究进行质量评估、异质性检验。计数资料应用比值比(OR)作为效应量,根据异质性检验结果利用相符合的模型进行效应量合并。结果中医组及西医组临床疗效(Z=7.13,P<0.00001)差异有统计学意义;中医组及西医组后遗神经痛VAS评分(Z=8.79,P<0.00001)差异有统计学意义。结论同单纯西医治疗相比,采用中医治疗带状疱疹可以提高临床疗效并减低后遗神经痛VAS评分,然而其安全性尚缺乏足够的循证医学证据。Objective To systemically evaluate efficacy of TCM on herpes zoster by means of Meta analysis of several literatures addressing treatment of herps zoster with TCM. Methods search for relevant literatures in CNKI, WANFANG DATA and CQVIP and perform quality evaluation and heterogeneity test on eligible studies. For quantitative data, odds ratio （OR） is used and as effect sizes,they will be combined according to heterogeneity test result in an appropriate model. Results There is significant statistical difference between clinical efficacy of TCM and Western medicine groups （Z=7.13, P〈0.00001）. Similarily, the combined effect size of postherpetic neuralgia （Z=8.79, P〈0.00001） was suggesting significant statistical difference. Conclusion Compared with simple Western medicine, TCM showed superior clinical efficacy with decreased postherpetic neuralgia VAS score, however, safety of TCM is less proof-evident.
