摘  要:雌性小鼠妊娠第 6天开始每天 1次腹腔注射 0 0 2 5— 0 40 μg/(kg·d)氯化二丁基锡 (DBTCl) ,共染毒 7d .实验温度 2 2± 2℃ ,光 :暗 =1 2h∶1 2h .实验持续到妊娠第 1 8d .结果表明 ,BDTCl对妊娠小鼠和胎儿毒性很强 .在剂量≥ 0 0 5μg/kg作用下 ,母鼠食欲不振 ,体重下降 ,阴道、子宫出血 ,子宫萎缩 ,怀胎数减少 ,胎儿重量下降 ;死胎率和畸形率增加 ,尤以雌性胎儿为甚 ,二者与DBTCl之间呈现明显的剂量 效应关系 ,半数影响剂量分别为 0 2 8和 0 2 6μg/kg ;胎儿性比改变 ,雌性减少 ,雄性增加 .雌性胎儿对DBTCl的毒性比雄性敏感 .The effects of 0 025—0 40?μg/(kg·d) dibutyltin chloride (DBTCl) on pregnant mice and fetuses were studied under 22±2℃,light:dark=12?h∶12?h.The DBTCl was administered intraperitoneally for 7consecutive days starting from the 6 th day of pregnancy. The results demonstrated that DBTCl exerted high toxicity reproduction on female mice and their fetuses. At 18 th day, dose≥0 05?μg/kg,caused significant weight decrease of dam and uterus and atrophy of uterus,severe uterus and vagina bleeding and a reduction of fetus number and body weight. High doses of DBTCl induced significant mortality and malformation in fetuses, especially in female fetuses. Both mortality and abnormality were appeared significant dose\|response relations.The dose of DBTCl and the ED 50 values of DBTCl were 0 28 and 0 26?μg/kg,respectively. The DBTCl also affected the fetus sex fratio. The female fetuses were found to be more sensitive to DBTCl than that males.
