摘 要:探讨了应用生物传感电极法测定微生物优势酶活性的可行性。以三乙酸三甘油酯及豆油乳液作为底物 ,通过测定微生物电极对底物的响应电流来测定微生物体内酯酶及脂肪酶 (系 )的活性。应用该方法测定厌氧和好氧反应器内生物膜及悬浮污泥的酶活性时发现 ,测出的酶活性量大小与单位质量污泥的有机物去除负荷紧密相关。在UASCB—MBBR串联系统中 ,好氧反应器中生物酶活性高于厌氧反应器 ;在UASCB中 ,上部厌氧生物膜中酯酶活性高于厌氧污泥 ,而脂肪酶活性则是底部污泥床的污泥高于上部生物膜 ;在MBBR中 ,生物膜的酯酶及脂肪酶活性均高于悬浮污泥。In this research,the feasibility of using microbial electrode to determine the dominant enzyme activity in microorganism was discussed.With glycerol triacetate and emulsion of soyabean oil as a substrate,by determining the current responded from the microbial electrode to the substrate,the esterase and lipase activity could be determined.When the method was applied in ice cream wastewater treatment by “UASCB MBBR” process,it was found that the enzyme activity was a function of COD Cr removal loading.In MBBR,both esterase and lipase were more active in biofilm than that in suspended sludge.In UASCB,esterase activity in biofilm was higher than that in sludge,while lipase activity in biofilm was lower than that in sludge.
