摘　　要：采用直接阈值法和迭代阈值法对激光三角法测量中的光斑区域进行分割,然后用最近邻插值和双线性插值法对截取的光斑图像进行插值处理,实现光斑图像特征点区域的亚像素定位,并对几种不同滤波器处理情况下的计算结果进行了对比和分析.The direct threshold method and the iterative threshold are used in the spot area segmentation in the laser triangulation measurement, the nearest neighbor interpolation and bilinear interpolation are adopted in this process. It achieves its sub - pixel localization, and the calculation results of several kinds of filter processing are compared and analyzed.
