摘 要:肝细胞癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。经导管动脉化学栓塞(TACE)技术现已成为治疗中晚期肝癌的一线治疗手段。近年来发展的血氧水平依赖功能MRI(BOLD-fMRI)技术利用内源性血红蛋白作为对比剂,通过测定组织去氧血红蛋白含量获得组织的氧含量,进而反映器官的血流动力学及病理生理学的变化,该技术可以作为肝癌TACE术后随访的重要检测手段。Hepatocellular carcinoma is one of the most common malignant tumors worldwide.Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) technology has become the first-line treatment for advanced liver cancer.Blood oxygen level dependent functional magnetic resonance imaging (BOLD-fMRI) technique utilizes hemoglobin as an endogenous contrast agent and deoxygenated hemoglobin content by measuring tissue obtained tissue oxygen content,thus reflecting the organ hemodynamics and pathophysiological changes.Currently,this technology has been used in liver tumors,which can be used as an important tool in follow-up after TACE.We will summarize these aspects in the present paper.
