摘  要:根据车辆悬架系统的要求,对原始ISD三元件结构并联了"保护"弹簧,得到改进的ISD三元件结构,并基于这些结构,建立了车辆1/4模型;通过线性递增惯质系数的初步数值仿真,筛选性能较优的结构,再通过多目标优化算法,在保持主弹簧刚度不变的前提下,优化被动机械元件的参数。仿真结果表明,与带有相同主弹簧刚度传统被动悬架的车辆相比,带一种综合效果较好的改进的ISD三元件悬架的车辆的车身加速度、悬架动行程和轮胎动载荷均方根值分别降低1.49%、13.45%和4.77%,有效改善了车辆悬架的性能。According to the requirements of vehicle suspension system,the original inerter-spring-damper (ISD) three element structures are modified by adding a parallel "protective" spring.Based on these modified structures,a quarter vehicle model is built.Then through the preliminary numerical simulation on linearly progressively increased inertance,the structures with better performance are selected.Finally the parameters of passive mechanical elements are optimized using multi-objective optimization algorithms with the stiffness of main spring remaining unchanged.Simulation results indicate that compared with the vehicle with conventional passive suspension of same main spring stiffness,the root-mean-square values of body acceleration,suspension dynamic travel and dynamic tyre load of the vehicle with modified ISD three-element passive suspension reduced by 1.49%,13.45% and 4.77% respectively,effectively improving the suspension performance of vehicle.
