摘  要:目的探讨REACH宽恕干预模型对改善中职生宽恕水平的影响。方法以REACH宽恕干预模型理论为指导,建立一套宽恕训练方案,并进行对照干预研究。结果干预后,2组宽恕水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且干预组宽恕水平高于对照组;干预组宽恕水平组内比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),干预后该组宽恕水平提高。结论宽恕心理干预能够提高中职生的宽恕水平,对促进其宽恕品质的养成具有重要作用。Objective To probe the impact of REACH forgiveness intervention model on forgiveness levels of secondary vocational students. Methods The first-grade students in Shandong Polytechnic Scheol were selected as the research objects to do the controlled REACH forgiveness intervention study, in order to find differences between the tow groups. Results After the intervention, the tow groups had a significant difference between their forgiveness levels (P 〈 0.01 ), and the forgiveness level of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group. In the intervention group, before and after the intervention, the forgiveness level also had a significant difference (P〈 0.01 ), and after the intervention, the forgiveness level was higher. Conclusions The forgiveness psychological intervention could improve students' forgiveness level, which is very important for the development of their forgiveness morality.
