摘 要:本研究旨在探讨饲粮蛋白水平对鲁西斗鸡屠宰性能及内脏器官发育的影响。试验选用1日龄鲁西斗鸡雏鸡600只(公母混雏),随机分为5个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复20只。试验分为0—6、7—12、13—18、19—24周4个阶段,采用单因子试验设计,各处理组分别饲喂不同蛋白水平的饲粮。在6、12、18、24周末,每重复屠宰1只进行屠宰指标及内脏器官重量的测定。结果表明,1)饲粮蛋白水平对6、12周屠体重、半净膛重、全净膛重有显著影响,对18周屠体重、半净膛重、全净膛重、胸肌重及腿肌重有显著影响,对24周胸肌重、腿肌重有显著影响(P〈0.05)。饲粮蛋白水平对6、12、24周产肉率无显著影响(P〉0.05),对18周半净膛率、全净膛率、胸肌率有显著影响(P〈0.05)。2)饲粮蛋白水平对各阶段末内脏器官重无显著性影响(P〉0.05),内脏器官重随体重变化呈线性增长(P〈0.05)。以产肉量最高为依据,推荐0~6、7—12、13~18和19~24周鲁西斗鸡饲粮适宜粗蛋白水平(%)分别为:17.30、17.00、16.00、14.66。A single factor design was used to a 24 week experiment to study the effects of crude protein on slaughter performance of Luxi Game Chickens. A total of 600 one - day - old Luxi Game Chickens mixed) were randomly divided into five experimental treatments with six replicates of twenty birds each. sex -- Feeding period was divided into four stages: 0 to 6, 7 to 12, 13 to 18, 19 to 24 weeks. Different crude protein diets were fed from treat 1 to 5. At the end of 6, 12, 18 and 24 weeks, a total of 30 Luxi Game Chickens were chosen to butcher with 6 birds of each experimental treatments. The results showed as follows : 1 ) Dressed weight, partempty thoracic cavity weight, empty thoracic cavity weight were significantly affected by dietary crude protein levels at the end of 6 and 12 weeks. Dressed weight, part - empty thoracic cavity weight, empty thoracic cavity weight, breast muscle weight and leg muscle weight were significantly affected by dietary crude protein levels at the end of 18 week ( P 〈 0.05 ). Breast muscle weight and leg muscle weight were significantly affected by dietary crude protein levels at the end of 24 week ( P 〈 0.05 ). Meat rate were not significantly affected by dietary crude protein levels at the end of 6, 12 and 24 weeks (P 〉 0.05 ), however, part -empty thoracic cavity rate, empty thoracic cavity rate and breast muscle rate increased as crude protein increased at the end of 18 week. Internal organs weight were not significantly affected by dietary crude protein levels ( P 〉 0.05 ), and were linear increased as body weight increased ( P 〈 0.05 ). According to the highest meat weight, the proper crude proteinlevels for Luxi Game Chickens during the 0 -6, 7 - 12, 13 - 18, and 19 -24 weeks were 17.30%, 17. 00%, 16.00% and 14.66%, respectively.
