110例甲状腺癌术后患者中医证型特征及用药特点

摘　　要：目的:探讨甲状腺癌术后患者中医证型特征,并归纳总结中药方剂的用药特点。方法:甲状腺癌术后患者采集四诊信息,并收集门诊处方。结果:共入组病例110例。常见症状依次为乏力、多梦、口干、腰酸、心烦易怒等;处方中使用频率较高的扶正类药依次为茯苓、生白术、百合、党参、麦冬等;使用频率较高的祛邪类药依次为浙贝母、陈皮、制半夏、半枝莲、僵蚕等。结论:通过常见症状的频数分析与聚类分析,得到实证以肝郁痰阻多见,虚证以气虚、阴虚多见。对临证处方中常用中药频数分析,得到祛邪药以软坚化痰、理气药为主,扶正药以补气、补阴药为主。临床上治疗甲状腺癌术后患者以软坚化痰理气、健脾益气、养阴柔肝为原则。Objective;The present study aims to explore the characteristics of postoperative thyroid carcinoma patients＇symptoms and summarize the characteristics of TCM prescription medication. Methods：The postoperative thyroid carcinoma patients＇ four diagnostic information and prescription.were collected from the doctors. Results：110 cases were collected. The common symptoms of postoperative patients were fatigue i more dreams, dry mouth, lumbar pain, upset and irritability, etc. The herbs of strengthening vital qi comained poria cocos, atractylodes,lily, codonopsis, radix ophiopogonis, etc. The herbs of eliminating pathogenic factors contained zhejiang fritillary, dried tangerine peel, pinellia tuber, barbed skullcap herb, batryticated silkworm,etc. Conclusion ： 110 cases of postoperative patients were divided into 3 parts by frequency analysis and cluster analysis method. The part of excess -syndrome belongs to liverqi and phlegm, the part of deficiency -syndrome belongs to qi -deficiency or yin -deficiency. The herbs of eliminating pathogenic factors are given priority to regulating qi - flowing herbs, eliminating phlegm and softening hard mass herbs. The herbs of strengthening vital qi are given priority to yin - nourishing herbs and qi - supplementing herbs. The prin- ciple of treatment is eliminating phlegm, softening hard mass, flowing qi and nourishing yin, and supplementing qi.
