血府逐瘀汤治疗单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变40例  

Observation on Curative Effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on Simple Diabetic Retinopathy: A Report of 80 Cases

摘　　要：目的:观察中药对单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的作用。方法:将80例患者按入组先后顺序平均分为两组。对照组40例采用常规降糖处理,观察组40例加用血府逐瘀汤加减治疗。观察患者眼底出血、微血管瘤、荧光渗漏范围、血糖、血脂、血浆内皮素(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)和D-二聚体含量改变情况。结果:观察组和对照组总有效率分别为87.50%、72.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后FPG、2 hPG、TC和TG水平均得以下降,与本组治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗后ET-1和D-二聚体均下降,组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组NO水平均升高,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀汤对单纯型DR的临床疗效优于单纯西药治疗。Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on the simple diabetic retinopathy. Methods ： A total of 80 were divided into two groups according to the order into the group. 40 cases treated with conventional therapy were taken as the control group, and the other 40 cases treated with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on the basis of control group were taken as the observation group. Fundus hemorrhage, hemangioma capillanisum, the range of fluorescent leakage, blood sugar, blood lipid, endothelins （ ET - 1 ）, nitric oxide （ NO）, and the change of D - dipolymer content were observed. Results ： The total effective rates of observation group and control group were 87.50% and 72.50% respectively and the differences had statistical significance（P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the levels of FPG and 2 - hPG and TC and TG reduced, and the differences in groups had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）, but the differences among groups had no statistical significance （ P 〉 0.05 ）. After treatment, the endothe- fins （ ET - 1 ）, the D - dipolymer content reduced, and the differences among groups had statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The levels of NO of two groups increased and the differences among groups had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on the simple diabetic retinopathy is better than pure western medicine.
