摘　　要：国家体育总局《体育事业"十二五"规划》中明确提出要探索建设"青少年校外体育活动中心",以完善青少年体育公共服务体系,构筑青少年体育参与的校外健身平台。本研究以"青少年校外体育活动中心"为研究对象,运用文献资料、实地调查和专家访谈法,对青少年校外体育活动中心内涵进行了界定,对其建设现状进行了介绍。在此基础上,阐明了青少年校外体育活动中心服务管理的价值追求,并探讨了青少年校外体育活动中心的服务管理策略。General Administration of Sport of China formulated the development planning to explore the construction of the After - School Sports Activities Center in order to improve the youth sports public service system. This paper takes the After - Sehoot Sports Activities Center as the object of study, using the method of literature, field survey and interview, to definite its connotation and introduce its current status. Based on that,it illustrated the value pursuit of its service management and studied its development strategy.
