摘　　要：在当前的体育教学改革背景下,准确理解体育教学细节的内涵和分类,合理把握体育教学细节的运用与设计,有助于加强广大体育教师的细节意识,更加科学地运用和调控体育教学细节,优化体育教学过程,从而提高体育课的教学质量和效率。Under the background of the reform of PE teaching, studying the details of the connotation and classification of sports teaching, understanding the details and design, can be of great importance to strengthen the athletics teachers＇ sense of detail, use and regulate sports teaching details scientifically, optimize the teaching behavior and improve the teaching quality and efficiency.
